Holdt is a seasoned sales & marketing executive with over 16 years of experience in the field. Before his segway into sales & marketing, Holdt was an entrepreneur in the construction fields, successfully growing several profitable, trade-specific industry organizations.

Holdt began OneAccord Human Services Group in 2022 as a faith-based 501(c)3 for the purpose of establishing a community of acceptance, support, and encouragement to those within the re-entry and renewal population. Holdt’s mission is to help build up and encourage individuals holistically as they navigate through the spiritual, psychological, and material battles encountered along their journeys through transition, recovery, and beyond.
